Summer 2027 Internship

Bergman Mineral Group is a minerals and royalties acquisition firm based in Midland, Texas. We work with mineral owners across the Permian Basin, East Texas and Southeast New Mexico to help them sell their rights and royalties.

About the role: You'll spend your summer on the phones, connecting with mineral owners, learning how deals actually get done. This is hands-on sales and business experience for a college student who wants more than a desk job. Paid, roughly 10-20 hours a week.

What we're looking for: Strong phone etiquette. Comfortable making high-volume calls and not afraid to pick up the phone. Genuinely good with people. Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn. No prior experience required. The ability to take feedback is a must.

One thing to know: There's a required book reading you'll complete during the internship. This is how we invest in you.
